ADOLF HITLER


Born on 20 April 1889, Adolf Hitler was a German politician,leader of the nazi party and the chancellor of Germany.He even started world war II as the dictator of Germany.

Hitler was a very charismatic leader. He got others to follow him only using his words and was known to be very dedicated.

Hitler participated in World War I and was decorated twice for bravery but was never promoted because his leaders thought he lacked leadership abilities.


Hitler had admired Germany for a long time and it was during the World War I that he became a true patriot of Germany
His rise to power came when he participated in politics after World War I. He was inserted as a spy into the German Worker's Party (DAP), but he was impressed with the ideology of the founder Anton Drexler. The founder, who was impressed with Hitler's oratory skills, hired him as a party member.
Before long, he seized full control of the party as the members of the party realized that they couldn't do wothout him because of his effectiveness in speaking to large crowds. He became the Fuhrer of the National Socialist German Workers' Party in 1921.

Hitler may have done many wrong things in his life but there are certain things he did right as a leader which make me admire his leadership qualities.
First and foremost being his communication skills. He was a very captivating public speaker. He even made the church believe that they were killing in the name of god. He would enrapture the crowd with his vision and goals for the country.
Second being his understanding of the human nature. In order to be an effective leader you need to understand human nature well and Adolf Hitler knew how to use human nature for his personal gain.
Lastly, his constant influence on the entire nation using propaganda.he managed to make the whole nation think alike to serve his cause.

These are the qualities because of which i admire Hitler the most. He also made me realise that words are the most powerful weapon that we humans possess, it can scar a man for the rest of his life or it can help a man be in a  better position.
