  1. People who sleep for longer hours on weekends are likely to suffer from hypertension and fatigue. So wake up at the same time everyday.

 2. Pause for two beats before responding to people who get on your nerves
3. Constantly checking social media, emails and texts leads to lack of concentration and productivity.
4. Over analysing and delaying decisions doesn't help. Think faster, trust yourself and decide.
5. Remember that social media is an edited reality so be sceptical of what you see.
