IS IT SWIMMING GOOD?
Swimming is one of the sport or activity of propelling oneself through water using the limbs.

1. Before swim, make sure that :
- you know how to swim.
- Choose a safe environment.
- Warm up and stretch your muscles and joints before entering the water.
- Have plenty of fluids on hand and drink regularly.
- Don’t overdo it if you’re just starting out.
- See your doctor if you haven’t exercised for a long time.
2. One of the benifits of swimming is it burns more calories than jogging. One hour of vigorous lap swimming can burn as much as 715 calories. The same amount of time running at 5 mph burns only 606 calories.

3.Swimming also helps to maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs.So you can reduce the risk of getting heart attack disease.

4.Swimming also provides a pleasant way to cool down your body during hot day.Like if you live in Malaysia,we only have two seasons which is raining and summer.So I think this are the one of the best way to cool down your body, rather than just sleeping or watching movies.
