Best things to do before sleep
Hi everyone.today I am going to share some of the best things that we can do before we sleep.First of all,getting enough sleep is very important to us especially students.My main intention today is to share some tips on how to maximize the quality of your sleep, squeezing as much rest and energy out of every hour in your bed as you can.
Do some stretching.
Just stretch your body a little bit.This activity not even take more than five minutes.

Take a shower.
Shower really helps you calm down your body and emotional.This will help you sleep better.
Switch off gadjets.

Before you sleep,make sure you swith off all your gadjets either phones or laptop and etc.At least,switch off the data from you mobile phone.
Take some drinks.
Some type of drinks really helps you to make you feel sleepy.Normally I will take a glass of Milo, or Horlicks and some prefer to take a glass of fresh milk.Take one of these drinks at least 30 minutes before you sleep.
